Specializing in return-to-sport therapy, Xander combines his extensive background in various disciplines, including dance, basketball, pickleball, and more, to provide comprehensive care tailored to each athlete’s unique needs. Dr. Goult grew up in Indiana and earned his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University before pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Indiana University, which he completed in 2012. He began his career in an outpatient clinic, splitting his time between outpatient and nursing facilities for the first five years. Seeking to deepen his expertise, Dr. Goult pursued a Fellowship in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy, graduating from the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy (AAMT) in 2018 with specialized training in dry needling and spinal manipulation.

After his fellowship, Dr. Goult moved to Augusta, GA, where he successfully opened and managed a clinic for six years. During this time, he assisted with spinal manipulation and dry needling courses for three years before beginning to teach dry needling courses for AAMT in 2021, a role he continues nationwide.

In addition to his certifications in dry needling and spinal manipulation, Dr. Goult holds certifications in blood flow restriction and myofascial decompression (cupping). He is committed to continuous education to provide the highest quality of care, assessing each patient from multiple perspectives.

Kevin is a dedicated and accomplished Physical Therapist with a strong foundation in both academic excellence and hands-on expertise. Graduating in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Velez College, Philippines, Kevin achieved top honors by ranking 1st in the Physical Therapy Licensure examination in the Philippines.

After relocating to the USA in 2016, Kevin furthered his professional development by pursuing a Fellowship in Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy from the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy (AAMT). In 2018, Kevin graduated from the program and earned the prestigious Fellow status from the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT).

As a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties, Kevin brings a wealth of specialized knowledge and skills to their practice. Although previously a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the NSCA, Kevin continues to expand their expertise in areas such as Dry Needling, Spinal Manipulation, Diagnostic Ultrasound, flexibility/mobility training, and Cupping.
